We are looking for a Product Manager with UX/Design Background to bring new ideas,
take responsibility and add value to our team in Vienna. Could you be the one to help
us push our product(s) further?

➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work full-time and be part of an experienced & super international team that loves their product
  • Take over a leading role as product manager by guiding an interdisciplinary product team
  • Know all our products by heart as well as our competitors
  • Be part of our OKR process and help define reachable key results
  • Define product milestones with other managers
  • Draft new features or improve existing ones based on: 
    • customer problems and data
    • company needs: goals, vision & budget
    • market research
  • Plan & document those features/experiments
  • Work as User Interface & User Experience Designer within your team
  • Define actions to support our engineering teams in achieving their goals & coordinate within your team
  • Gather technical requirements and estimate efforts together with cross functional team or tech managers
  • Ensure & support the successful execution of the product implementation, report about the project status & analyse the outcome

➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

  • Passion for mobile & web technology with strong interest in photo/printing/blogging apps
  • University degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Product Management or similar with 3+ years of experience in a digital product management role
  • Proven track record of various designs/projects (portfolio and/or links to projects required to apply)
  • Mastery of design & management tools: especially Asana, Confluence, Amplitude, Sketch (or similar)
  • Self-starter with a strong ‘hands-on’ mentality & passion for solving problems
  • You are an untiring motivator with the ambition to bring out the best in a product team & inspire others
  • Ability to lead a team & manage several projects/tasks at once while maintaining a ‘big picture’ perspective
  • You don’t shy away from public speaking, have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are constantly learning, don’t shy away to give and receive feedback, criticize respectfully, you are self-motivated, hungry to succeed and ready to challenge the status quo
  • You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!
  • You are an EU-citizen or have a valid working permit for Austria

➤ NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)

  • Cross-platform design experiences: Responsive Web, Android, iOS 
  • Ability to pixel-perfectly generate & review product designs
  • Experience with Abstract, Zeplin, Lingo & various Sketch plug-ins
  • Knowledge of Google’s Material Design Specifications and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines  
  • Experience with market research techniques, customer development etc.

➤ COVID19 Info

Due to the pandemic, all stages of the recruitment process are taking place online. We are still expecting the right candidate to be able to relocate to Vienna for this position and are offering support for this relocation. Where possible, onboarding will happen in the office, given this is safe and follows the current safety regulations in Austria.
