Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) in High-Tech Start-Up

As a key part of the Visplore team, you are responsible for acquiring new customers: you proactively identify leads, approach the right decision makers, and make them enthusiastic about Visplore. You are constantly looking for improvement opportunities and help to further develop our sales strategy.

Your focus

  • Outbound prospecting, from identification of leads to first contact (e.g., cold calls/mails)
  • Qualifying and preparing leads for further development (e.g., they agree to a live demo)
  • Occasionally supporting inbound lead development
  • Reflecting and improving the sales process together with the team

Your background

  • First work experience in sales, ideally in a startup environment or management consulting
  • Hands-on mentality and high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German, and good English skills
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and data science
  • Enthusiasm for interactive data analytics and industrial digitization
  • Understanding and empathy for customer pains in industry / energy / R&D
  • Interest in working in a startup with many creative possibilities and a positive, honest, result-oriented culture
