Human Resource Management

Once you join us you will:

  • Oversee, organise and execute a fast growing team’s hiring and development needs by shaping and implementing a Human Resource strategy.

  • Operative recruiting, contracting, onboarding, development, restructuring, conflict management, offboarding are main parts of your task.

  • Support the company’s further expansion by building strong relationships with internal and future off-site team members.

  • Sparring partner for team leads and management team regarding all Human Resource affairs.

  • Develop job benefits and educational programs and come up with fitting team events.

  • Ensure compliance with Austrian labour legislation.

What you bring:

  • Experience as a Human Resource manager preferably in a growth stage startup setting.

  • Track record of hiring and maintaining top talent.

  • Inventiveness to keep high employee satisfaction and look out for their personal development goals.

  • You are a confident and effective negotiator.

  • You speak German and English fluently.

  • Strong communication skills to foster a good employer brand image for the company.
