About us:
Seedcamp backed - distributed company - #1 phone system in Slack
Yodel.io is the smart customer service phone system that joins teams as a receptionist, pre-qualifies inbound voice communications, and allows call management without switching tools by integrating into major SaaS platforms. Yodel is all about voice that lives where you work. Basically we built it for ourselves!
We have a job for you:
Ok, let's just cut through the common you'll mostly read in job descriptions. Something about being innovative and challenging. Having a motivated team and "real" startup atmosphere. What does this even mean? USB rocket wars in the office? And nope, you will definitely not change the world! I'm writing this because we need help. And you're reading this because you either need a job, or are bored in your current job, which leads us back to the first point. You need a job.
And I think we have one for you:
- Programming fullstack apps using trendy tech like Ruby, Elixir, Elm and Swift you don't need to have worked with all of these languages before
- Designing beautiful UX and UIs

- Managing our cluster using Docker and various SaaS and PaaS solutions
How we imagine you:
- Fluent in English Deutsch ist auch möglich!
- Love to code Imho you're only good at something you're passionate about. We don't care about you being a junior or senior dev. We care about the code you write.
- Remote As we're fully remote for 10 years+, you need to be able to work on your own.
Hard facts:
- You will work on a Mac. I tried to set up a PC for Yodel once. NEVER AGAIN!
- 38.5 h/week
